[BUG] In the Appbar the Details panel is not fullscreen while the layers & datatable are

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

In Appbar mode the panels should be consistent as much as possible.
Details panels looks different as its not fullscreen (when open) like Layers & DataTable panels.

Expected Behavior

Make details panel fullscreen.
Make legend panel fullscreen
