User Story

As a map creator, I would like to zoom to all layers extent on load without to have to specify them manually. This is use when we create automatic map from geocore layers with the data-geocore tag

Implementation UI

If my configuration has the initialView layersIds empty, Use all layers provided to calculate the extent.
