一级标题的跳转更加方便。

推荐的做法是：总使用二级标题

文章本身的 title 算一级标题

是个一直存在的 bug #98 （包括直到现在默认环境下生成出来的内容也是失效的），虽然一般会推荐不要在文章里放 h1 ，但毕竟会影响体验，我看看有什么能做的（弄错了，不是同一回事）

可以确认一下您使用的渲染引擎是 hexo-renderer-marked 还是 hexo-renderer-markdown-it ？
