Bot Running, but not responding

I have the proper bot token in the .env file and the config.py file, as well as the Channel_ID. I can run the chimera.pyw file, its appears in the system tray, and i can give it permissions and it will join the server

it appears as an online member of the server, however, it does not say its "Playing with my computer" as its status, and it will not respond to commands in the server or directly, even though it has full admin permissions

I've tried running this on both 3.10 and 3.7.4 like is shown in the tutorial, and i get to this point each time. Any advice would be appreciated
