File and Assembly Versions in Common.Loggin.Serilog do not match release.

The File and Assembly Version numbers in the Common.Logging.Serilog.dll file do not match the release number in the 5.0.x releases. They are set to 1.0.0.0 for each. This is different from the prior 4.4.0 version where those versions do match. If delivered in a windows installer, this can cause the latest version of the dll not to be delivered during an upgrade process. This is because, in the regular Windows installer workflow, you cannot install an older library on top of a new one during upgrades.

Please create a build where those version numbers match the release version.
