  Convert /sl/ json/sqlite database to private-parlor database

• What is the motivation / use case for this feature?
  /sl/ dev is a d*ck they keep best features private and has habit of not sharing them, so I want to boycott /sl/ and run all my old bots using private-parlor

Private Parlor is designed to work with SQLite databases used by most Secret Lounge forks. An SL database should be compatible and usable with Private Parlor

As for using JSON as a database, currently work is being done to make Private Parlor extensible to other types of databases, but a JSON implementation is not planned in the near future.

Please keep name-calling and drama out of these issues.

I guess a script.cr is needed for json to .db/sqlite conversion
