Hey @nawed2611, sure, let's see how much I can help:

For one: This file shows the general idea how the border could look like.

Then: Here you can find the design spects for the colour.

Codewise: There is a border existing - at the moment it only shows on the user (around your video) that might be suitable as a basis.

Additional Info: We know that jitsi sends the information about how loud a person is talking. So in theory there might be an option to let the border react to that stream (i.e. flickering or pulsing according to volume) but we did not dive into that idea further.
