How to take note

These days I am learning CSS and Cpp Primer. I also take note on Typora, but most of the notes are screenshots. These notes are just things I jotted down while learning. So, when I saw your notes, and I was amazed at how well they were written. So I'd like to ask you about how much time you have to spend on notes, and some experience in taking notes. Thank you.
