Description

All personnel should start with some amount of credits to enable the purchase of a small vessel (or a midsize or large vessel if they pool their money together, and this should be incentivized with midsize ships being better deals than small or large ones!)

As for the amount of credits, mock up a small ship to estimate the cost and use the appraisegrid command in the console to get it's estimated total value. If you don't want to make a mockup, ping me and I'll do it for you.

Additionally, the main station's cargo setup should have a button added to redeem credits from the cargo budget, so personnel staffing it (or whoever opened the airlock to staff it themselves) can pay people for materials and equipment they bring in to sell.
