Registration pop up does not appear

Hi, log in pop up works fine but registration dose not display. The screen darkens as it does when you click "log in", but no fields or form visible.
During website homepage loading console list 1 error referring to route:

1. 404 https://wspoldecyduje.click/web_api/v1/users/me

When I click on "register" console lists 2 errors:

1. 404 https://wspoldecyduje.click/web_api/v1/users/custom_fields/schema
2. Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'pl-PL')

Do you know what cause this?

I investigated it further. It takes my server 35 minuts to stand but I cheked both: it does not work for pl-PL locales nor en

It seems you're using one of the latest CitizenLab versions. Currently, we're in the process of changing our Open Source setup, which means that the OS version in https://github.com/CitizenLabDotCo/citizenlab is currently broken.

I'll let you know as soon as CitizenLab is ready again for OS deployment. I hope it'll happen within a few weeks.
