The image should have the same style as the cover image of the Hearing, but the image should be insertable between any of the text sections. That means

  1. Autoscaling to text width
  2. The user should be able to add a caption underneath the image that is displayed in the same style as the current cover image caption.

Ah. This will require implementing backend City-of-Helsinki/kerrokantasi#272 first.

Then, an image can be instantly POSTed to /v1/image, and the returned URL can be used in the editor.
