User Roles

The following is a description of user roles on the site.

Anonymous (provided by Drupal): Anyone not logged in.
Authenticated (provided by Drupal): Anyone logged in.
Administrator: Full access (??)
User Administrator: Someone who can manage users and roles.
Software User:
Software Developer:
Software vendor:
Content Editor:
Documentation Maintainer:
Not implemented
- Organization Owner: ability to add & edit an organization’s profile.

(need to fil this in a bit)

Profiles are managed through Drupal core's user entity and fields.
