Right now modules can only use the libraries that are part of CivOmega Core -- for instance, if someone wanted to use d3 to render an answer they would need to host it and load it separately, or ask us to add the library to CivOmega core.

Should it be possible for a module author to include their own static files?

Note: this limitation does have the added "feature" of forcing common styles and functionality across question patterns.
