Setup a better Dual Licensing

No worries guys i want everyone who is not a Company every private or better said every non Commercial use u can use this as your own modified version yes no doesn't matter like a full Open Source Project for Private Users but if a Company wants to use this tool they should either pay a the Main Distributor (me) either a Licensing fee or "support" fee if they want to use it in their company.

Thats why i need to look more into Licensing the Licence which is out there RN is the one which applies until i know what would be best for me to do and to have. Maybe i keep this project whole in a MIT Structure but sure is, if anyone wants to resell it i want royaltes or a small %-fee of the amount earned or i am going to give out as a support service
