~~change circleci.yml~~ setup dockerhub repository using github integration
~~change circleci env~~
test that image is fine
setup azure to pull from dockerhub instead of ACR (webhook https://docs.docker.com/docker-hub/webhooks/)
remove acr from circleci.yml

do the same for frontend later,
create the new docker compose service with frontend in this repository
