Creo que el proyecto debe de tener texto más instruccional en el README.

Puedo hacer un primer "draft" de esto. En estos días he estado documentando artículos, tweets, etc. que hablan de esta iniciativa. Propongo añadir la información más importante al README.md y añadir un THE_STORY.md com más detalles y referencias.
