2) All reviewers should be able to see a list of cases currently assigned to them, awaiting action (not an FYI).

3) All reviewers should be able to see a list of cases they've previously interacted with, **including submitted**.

There's some overlap here so it's worth considering if this is a single inbox that can be filtered, or if they're different concepts.

EDIT: At some point we'll probably have to figure out how to determine whether a case is "closed." One way might be to check whether its current state has any actions available.

Added UI for listing cases. Currently it just lists /cases/awaiting/. Can't think of anything to add to this before we talk through the login stuff.

Note: Currently the 2 /cases endpoints work when unauthenticated.
