In the second part of the user guide: https://codectl.io/docs/user-guide/airgap/

The table at the top lists several protocols to use for transfer but only 1 method is described on this page.

The method described on this page appears to be how to mirror the offline bundle into a RHCOS based registry node.

  1. I can't see where in the docs the steps are for creating this RHCOS registry node
  2. I'm doing a disconnected install following these docs so I wouldn't be able to see this node at all ( assume this is where the S3 or DVD methods would be flushed out)

Thank you for reporting this.

  1. The internal deploy time "registry" node can be any linux OS with root user access and podman installed.
  2. The need for pre-existing infrastructure is declared in the prereqs HERE
  3. A reference infra can be built with the instructions HERE
  4. Note this bug should be remediated soon but may impact your ability to create DNS records with the shaman terraform until resolved BUG
