Understand Bootstraps responsive breakpoints
Able to determine size with breakpoint names (sm, lg, etc)
Use the grid system to format content in rows and columns
Add padding and margin
Build mobile-first responsive web pages
Style buttons with various state (warning, info, primary, etc)
Can utilize the following components:
- Alerts
- Badges
- Collapse
- Dropdowns
- Spinners
