DEVCON will be in Colombia this year (OCT) - and I (@JuankBell) will apply for a small workshop to continue raising awareness about the need of conflict management in web3 projects and also look for potential clients for GravityDAO.

✨ What does success look like? (i.e., the criteria to meet to call this issue done)

1. Being allowed to talk about conflict management as critical infrastructure for DAOs
2. Gravity DAO being present at DEVCON and Juan as a local representing the Colombian community
3. supporting the overall care for individual/collective wellbeing and mental health in DAOs
