Add gradle task to run specific test

Description

ATM we run have a task to run all the tests. This is very useful, but it can be time consuming if trying to do it often and/or on a slow machine. Having another task on gradle or extend the current one to allow you specify the test class would be beneficial.

Of course, this can currently be done of you are using an IDE, but would be an enhancement to the current task.
