Feat request: Dagger.io support

I would like to be able to run CI jobs as ephemeral containers with dagger in this project. https://dagger.io/ I believe it fits in neatly within the philosophy and purpose of Kargo.

I've been pretty interested in dagger. I think that's an awesome opportunity. I'll slate it for post MVP. Either alpha2 or candidate1 milestones. Right now we're aiming for MVP, and then alpha1 where we will refactor the mvp code and document layout and contributing guidelines.

If you are able to contribute most of the deployment code yourself or with others I'm happy to bump it up in priority.
