Add crate history

Describe the feature

Include an area where admin users can view the crate history of a user. Within in this, enable an option in the config to set how many logs are to be kept before deletion with the max being 500, minimum 10 as well as being able to edit translation colours.

Having a record of the below would be really helpful for tracking crates by users.
