Fixes, and new setting

Changes:

• Fixed caching, new folder system for saved manga
  (you will need to reload all saved mangas, Sorry for this)
• Added Reader Direction (Left to Right and Right to Left)
• Update are only can be installed if late version is higher than current
• Changes in language pack with reader orientation setting
• Now you can hold Trigger in reader to fastly change pages
  This is important update, please install it (Settings-Check Updates-Press again to update on : 0.25)

It's Update Checking time!

Added:

• Updater
• Added changelog list when you are checking for update
• Update is available trough the settings of the App
  All users bellow 0.2 will have one little manual update (Press triangle in Catalogs menu)
  You can try autoupdate by yourself (from 0.2 to 0.2) in Settings (Check for updates double click)
  Changelog I will show you how changelog looks with 0.25 version

Noboru. Release version

Here's first release of my app which I worked on for a month.

Don't scare of crashes, it's normal, simply restart app,
If that won't help here is list of things you can try:

• remove ux0:data/noboru/save.dat to remove library
• remove ux0:data/noboru/chapters to remove saved chapters
• remove ux0:data/noboru/cache to remove all cached data (history, chapters tables, covers)
• remove ux0:data/noboru folder
• write an issue here
