FalconPy v0.4

The production package for this PR is planned for release to PyPI on: 03.09.2021.

Hi everyone!

I'm pleased to announce the preview release of FalconPy 0.4.0, now available on test.pypi.org.

This new build provides an early release preview to the enhancements implemented in PR #64.

Enhancements

A few highlights of just a few of these enhancements:

• Added ID list handling to API operations that require ID lists
• Instantiate Service classes without having to manage tokens (or the authentication class if you don't want to)
• Added automatic token refresh functionality to the Service classes

Closed issues

And a couple of the issues addressed:

• Added dynamic package metadata updates (Issue [ ENH ] Dynamic package metadata #14)
• Added user-agent string to HTTP headers. (Issue [ ENH ] Please consider sending User-Agent request header #57)

Please note: This update provides functionality enhancements and a code refactor. Please review PR #64 for full details of the impacts of these changes to your environment.
