Feature Description

  1. API for tickets:
  • A way to see if theres a new reply to a ticket (via the api)
  • A way to reply to a ticket (via the api)
  1. Products API:
  • Seeing current product information (via the api)
  • Editing product information (Price, Title, etc.) (via the api)

Solution Idea

Add API endpoints
