[Feature Request]: Add save startup log option to device monitor

Problem/idea statement

Some of our users aren't clear what's required when the DCC-EX team ask for the startup log in Discord.

It'd be great if there was a "Save Startup Logs" or similar on the Device Monitor screen to save these to a file that users can easily locate and upload to Discord.

Alternatives or workarounds

Users need to know to open Device Monitor and copy the text.
