DLL load failed while importing docling_parse

I am unable to parse the pdf, getting the below error

from docling_parse.docling_parse import pdf_parser_v1
ImportError: DLL load failed while importing docling_parse: The specified procedure could not be found.

Though i could see pdf_parser_v1 exists https://github.com/DS4SD/docling/blob/main/docling/backend/docling_parse_backend.py

2. Which python version
3. The output of docling --version which reports the docling version
