Description

新增功能：新增一个starrocks的整库同步连接器，可以同步数据到starrocks的分区表。
当前问题：datastream-starrocks连接器存在不能同步到分区表的情况，部分数据类型的转换也存在问题。

已实现了。当前使用的dinky0.7.3版本，希望能提交贡献。

0.7.3和1.0的原理是一致的，1.0重构了代码逻辑，贡献至1.0参考datastream-doris.
