[Bug] [Data Development] The button of Check doesn't seem to effect currently

What happened

在 flinkJar 作业中，点击【检查】后前台抛出错误，且展示时 args 没有正常显示，执行历史一直加载中；同时后台日志显示作业正在运行且有数据生成。
似乎 yarn session 模式作业直接提交到了集群，yarn application 模式作业提交到了本地

What you expected to happen

点击作业后验证语法正确性，不需要提交作业
