[Optimization][Register Center] Support AWS EMR on EKS configurations with Kubernetes Operator Mode

Description

As per the documentation of AWS EMR, some configuration settings that differ from the community version of Kubernetes are needed in the FlinkDeployment define file like executionRoleArn and emrReleaseLabel .

Actually in the latest version of Dinky, e have found that some of our current configurations are incompatible with EMR on EKS. We hope to adapt to this scenario.
