Break daylily into daylily-ephemeral-cluster-manager & daylily-ephemeral-cluster-analysis repos.

daylily-ephemeral-cluster-manager will hold the logic and tools to manage creation of clusters. By pip installable.

daylily-ephemeral-cluster-analysis will hold the cluster analysis aspects of the cluster.
