Error while starting to add users

First of all, I don't know why but my pc cant find any program when I type for example "python manager.py", I have to type "manager.py" and then it will work. So the issue is when the process is automated and program is searching byitself programs with the begining "python xyz.py". But I am not sure if this is the only issue. Below is the ss from what I get when the program starts adding users on the Telegram group. I have trying to look in the codes for when the program is starting to start other programs and changing the name from "python xyz.py" to just "xyz.py" and it seemed to work at first but still got the same problem at the end which is exactly in the screen shot.

Could be that the account you are running is not admin to the target group/channel
