Candle with 2418 cnc

I just installed Candle 1.1.7, and I'm unable to get the jog to work properly.
I'm unable to move the stepper motors.
I can turn on the spindle however, but the steppers won't move.
When using Grbl Controller, the steppers work fine.
I sent a gcode program using Candle : works fine.
I am new to all this, what am I doing wrong ?
How can I make the arrows work ?

Hello.
Make sure your CNC firmware is GRBL v1.1 (enable "Console/Show UI commands" and check the Console window output when you connect your CNC).
