After sudo reboot seeing in syslog:

Dec 3 21:55:59 airquality python3[527]: 2021-12-03 21:55:59,224 [ERROR] DesignSpark.ESDK.MAIN MainThread: Could not create module CO2, reason [Errno 121] Remote I/O error

Fixed by shutdown and power off, followed by power on.
