Home Tycoon. Game doesn't start when 2ppl visit a City at the same time.

When visit a friend using "active cities" menu, the game doesn't start, not even doing wave salute.

1. Visit a City
2. Wait to start game or do wave.
3. Game doesnt start

Game starts automatically almost ever, just happens with 2 users.
Never had the issue on my own city.

The issue is not related with friendship.
I've had the same mistake traveling to a non-friend's city, even my own.
The failure occurs when two people are traveling to the same city at the same time.
It seems that only the one who traveled first manages to load the game.
