GDA giving error on next sample if hyperion fails

When hyperion fails for whatever reason, if the user tries to run another collection it will fail with:

2024-09-13 05:32:40,793 ERROR data_collection - Command Queue paused due to exception <type 'exceptions.IndexError'> index out of range: -1 <type 'exceptions.IndexError'> index out of range: -1.

And the user will have to manually load a sample then run hyperion.

Acceptance Criteria

• Hyperion can be run happily on the next sample after an error
