Stream different ROIs to murko when moving in different directions #511

To get a variety of images to test murko on we would like to stream the full image for the first rotation then just the ROI for the rotation back.

The two different streams are in:

BL04I-DI-OAV-01:XTAL:MJPG_URL_RBV - http://bl04i-di-serv-01.diamond.ac.uk:8080/OAV.XTAL.mjpg

Acceptance Criteria

Images are streamed to redis from the different streams in each direction

DominicOram added the murko label
