Can we include TLA (three-letter acronym) in the service .yml?

three-letter acronym....a three letter acronym that gets appended to service UUID's. Because they are currently only housed in the terrible thing known as centrasite, they are problematic to reverse-lookup currently, and there is no programmatic way to do it. Housing the definition in info.yml instead would solve this.

Basically it is desirable to expose them there instead so that something can automatically present the association between TLA and SERVICE_NAME
