Specify display on a multi-monitor system?

I looked thru the general and commandline doc and I couldn't find an option. Is there a way to specify the display for the game window?

I can do a window key+shift+arrow to move it. But in a bigbox setup, that gets a bit clumsy. I've googled this issue and have only found 1 question posted outside of this community and 0 answer so far.
