Ogg files only play for 44100 Hz not 48000 Hz

Please support 48000 Hz Ogg files here's a complete set for Space Ace to test :

I tried your Windows MM Port and still does not play 48000 Hz only 44100 Hz same for Daphne

This is a port of Daphne, which according to the source code has only ever supported 44100:

// frequency all our audio runs at.
// In order to change this value, all .wav's and .ogg's will need to be

I am happy to receive pull requests for anyone who would want to tackle this change and test the respective VLDP consequences.

Going to move this to discussion, as it's not an issue, but a feature request.
