Figure out the best weather source

We haven't decided the best weather source. @zenpowerbuilder said they'd be okay with messing around and figuring out the best weather source for our needs.

Currently suggested:

• OpenWeatherMap
• DarkSky

Both have limits, and we'd need to scale accordingly.

The above is what the weather app CARROT says, which uses Dark Sky. It could be wrong tho, but I'm going to guess its right.
