Describe the bug
Last hold/laser tick is skipped with high offset which can result in a 0 near UC

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go set your general offset to 200+ms
PUC a chart that ends with lasers or holds
Get your 0 near/0 miss 0999 score

Expected behavior
It should get me a perfect score (10000000)

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Linux
GPU: amd readeon graphics
CPU: ryzen 5
Version: 2022-07-27_5253994f
