Hooks dont work in Zigbee2Mqtt with recommended setting for Hue Dimmer

Anyone else experience hooks no longer working after updating to 2022.12.x

I have rebooted a few times to ensure.. The hook doesnt even see the button press now
EDITED: Changed title to make it searchable for this issue and remove my faulty title

I am leaving this up here in case someone else has this same issue and needs help

In this example.. both of these are pairs that should have the same timestamp for last run

It appears this had nothing to do with HASS upgrades but that the settings for the device was set to false

its fixed now
