Hi, I see that everything is well configured. Maybe it could be the tabs in lines 17 and 18 of the cfg_params file. I usually get error when I have tabs in the table. Try putting the entire rlc matrix in a single row:
rlc: [0.02827303, -0.00836449, 0.99956524, -0.99926331, 0.02572415, 0.02847975, -0.02595119, -0.99963408, -0.00763103]

My pcl version is 1.8.

@wangxianggang1997 have you found the fix for this issue ? I am also facing the same issue. It refers to a segmentation fault with cv::circle function
