[Bug] Town names wrapped in angle brackets don't display properly on the map

Describe the bug

Town names wrapped in angle brackets, for example <Example_Town> will not display properly, because browser parses its name as HTML tag. Tooltip and popup of any that town will not display its name.
You can also experiment with this bug. For example naming a town <p id="map"> will cause your town's popup and tooltip to look weird

To Reproduce

Hover cursor over any that town or view its popup.
How to find any that town:

1. Download raw https://map.earthmc.net/tiles/minecraft_overworld/markers.json
2. In text editor, find by \u003cb\u003e\u003c
3. Town's name is just right after result

Expected behavior

Town names display normally at any case
