Sadly using a vector search database might be out of reach at the moment, but we can try one of these two approaches:

or

https://www.deepset.ai/blog/supercharging-elasticsearch-with-haystacks-neural-qa

I am leaning towards Haystack, because a lot of the work is abstracted away. ExtractiveQA is a goal here too
