Once individuals are added, sample groupings shouldn't be used, and instead it would be inferred based on relationships with individuals (e.g. multiple individuals in one single sample).

Open to discussion: it can still be of help describing aggregated samples (e.g. drawn blood) from one or multiple individuals.
