Improve debug experience of plugin functionality in Eclipse

Configure target platform to be as thin (and light-weight) as possible to reduce unnecessary time losing during plugin launches when debugging. Also speed-up Eclipse as more as possible:

We need to create test Application that will show dsm with table in Window (not in Eclipse), so we will have production mode launch as plugin, but for debug we will use in 70% only Application mode with hardcoded path to project with binaries
