Release as npm package

I'm currently investigating the Impact Framework of the Green Software Foundation. I have a version working with a plugin of the npm package of @grnsft/if-unofficial-plugins, but the goal of the investigation is to monitor an AWS setup. For this, I would like to use the awsimporter-impactframework-plugin. Are there plans to make this plugin available as a npm package like https://www.npmjs.com/package/@grnsft/if-unofficial-plugins?

Extra question: Is this plugin compatible with the way of working with if-run like described on https://if.greensoftware.foundation/users/quick-start/?
